Term & Termination Term: This Policy is effective upon Partner’s acceptance and remains in effect unless terminated by either party. Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to revoke Partner status (Provisional or Verified) at any time for breach of this Policy or for reasons such as low-quality work, negative client experiences, or misuse of brand assets. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Partner must remove any reference to being a Partner of the Company and cease using any of the Company’s brand assets. ## 8. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Partner’s participation in the Partner Program, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or data. ## 9.
