What should I do if my site isn't connecting during the Direct Import process?

If your site isn't connecting, double-check the Site URL and Security Token you entered in the Live Import popup. An incorrect token or URL will prevent a successful connection. If you see an error message, it indicates something is wrong with your input. Make sure to generate a valid security token as outlined in the generate a security token section.

What are the best practices for adding multiple sites in UiChemy?

When adding multiple sites in UiChemy, ensure that each site has a unique Site URL and Security Token. Use the '+ Add Site' button under the Import tab to add each site. This organization helps avoid confusion during the import process. Remember, you can select the appropriate site from the Select Site dropdown when importing designs.

How do I update the security token for an existing site in UiChemy?

To update the security token for an existing site, navigate to the Live Import screen, select the site from the dropdown, and click the Edit button. In the Live Import popup, you can change the Site URL and Security Token. After making changes, click the Connect button to save your updates. A green dot beside the website URL indicates a successful update.

What happens if I delete a site from UiChemy?

Deleting a site from UiChemy removes it from your list of connected sites, meaning you can no longer import designs to that site.
