Troubleshoot UiChemy License/Serial Key issue

Follow this guide to install UiChemy and activate the license key – UiChemy Installation Guide

If your UiChemy license key isn’t working, and you’re facing activation issues, consider the following steps:

A. Incorrect License Key:

If the license key isn’t working, ensure the correct key is used. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Posimyth Store Dashboard and log in.
  2. Check the license key on the Dashboard, ensuring it’s entered correctly (no spaces or extra letters).
  3. If needed, copy and paste the license key again.

B. License Key and Figma Profiles:

Ensure that your key is activated on the allowed number of Figma profiles based on your plan. Each key is valid per user as per your plan limits.

To verify, do the following 

  1. Visit the Posimyth Store Dashboard and log into your account. 
  2. Navigate to Dashboard and click “Manage Sites” for UiChemy.

  1. Click “Deactivate Site” to remove unnecessary user.

  1. Attempt to activate the license key again.

Note: A Pro license key can be activated in up to 10 Figma profiles.
